WEDDING MANAGEMENT

(aka Month-of Coordination)

Our Wedding Management package is perfect for the couple that has taken the lead in planning and feels confident in planning the majority of the details. (This is sometimes called Month-of or Day-of Coordination.)


The package starts 6-8 weeks out from your wedding day to tie together all the details and connect with all of the vendors you have booked to ensure everyone is on the same page. Some of the biggest stresses of wedding planning come in the last 2 months before the wedding, cause it may feel like the event isn't cohesive or you wonder if you have thought of all of the details. Our experience and knowledge allow us to look over your contracts for any red flags, to listen to what you have planned, and to ask all of the questions that you have or haven't thought of. Allowing us to take care of the final details makes for a seamless transition on the wedding day and a stress-free event!

    • 5 meetings (Kick-off call after signing on, 3 Meetings starting 6-8 weeks out from your wedding, Rehearsal execution)

MANAGEMENT & DESIGN

Our Event Management & Design (Partial Planning) package is for the couple who desires more assistance throughout their planning process to ensure a cohesive design. This package is perfect for the couple looking to divide & conquer! Our team will handle all details related to design along with everything in the event management package. We will create your personalized mood board and tackle everything to make the vision come to life. You will be procuring all of your vendors outside of design, and once they are contracted we will handle all of the communication with them. Please reach out to us after your venue & date are already booked.  

    • Design Board sourcing & creation

    • Procuring of all design related vendors (florist, rentals, etc.)

    • 15+ meetings (design, walkthroughs, monthly check-ins, and event management meetings)

    • Design mock-up

    • Assistance in picking the decor 

    • Additional venue walkthrough soon after you sign on

    • All vendor management after they are booked

    • Unlimited email communication during business hours throughout your planning process

    • & everything on the chart and from wedding management package

FULL PLANNING

This is great for those couples that want the full Peña & Co. experience! This package includes everything from the elaborate design down to the intricate details - we will be with you every step of the way. This is perfect whether you don't have the time to devote to wedding planning or want us to handle the details for you. We will handle all design aspects of the wedding, along with procuring all of your vendors. After hearing what you are looking for and using your budget, we will present you a list of available vendors and we will aid in finding your dream wedding team. 

    • 20+ meetings

    • Budget curation and management

    • Sourcing of all wedding vendors

    • Venue research and selection

    • Attendance of tastings 

    • & everything below and from our management & design package

CUSTOM PACKAGE

Do you feel like you're looking for something that you haven't been able to find yet? Let us meet you where you are! We can jump in and take over whatever vendors you haven't booked yet and continue in the design process. This is sometimes called partial planning, and tends to be a package between our management & design package with our full planning package. 

Package creation typically begins at $4,750, but we will send you a proposal  after we hear your needs from our Meet & Greet

*To get the most out of our Event Management & Design and Full Planning services, we recommend that you have an overall wedding budget of $500+ per guest. (Ex: If you invite 100 people to your wedding, we recommend you have an overall wedding budget of $50,000+). This ensures we can book awesome vendors that will bring to life our ideas and ensure you are properly allocating your funds! We would be happy to talk through your budget and see which service makes the most sense. Read more here

Timeline | Keep all vendors and bridal party members on the timeline throughout the night

Gratuities | Distribute final vendor gratuities

Once we know we're available, we'll send you an email to set up a Meet & Greet to take a few moments to talk on Zoom or on the phone and hear each other’s hearts and visions for your wedding. Once you decide to become a Peña & Co. couple, we will send you a contract to sign and then we will either step back and allow you to continue planning for wedding management or schedule our first meeting for other packages!
